• Governance “health check” - to review (and advise on) your company’s compliance with best practise corporate governance principles such as the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s principles and recommendations (4th edition). For ASX listed companies this includes the drafting of your compulsory Corporate Governance Statement

• Review (and advise on) your company’s suite of charters and policies to ensure accordance with best practise and regulation. Where required this review can be extended to the drafting of a compliance framework
