I am passionate about providing high quality outsourced company secretary and corporate advisory services. This passion has been developed over my 20+ years in a variety of professional services roles.

Originally from England and having graduated from university with a B.A (Hons) in Financial Services my career has taken many twists and turns and included companies both large and small, however the one constant has been going above and beyond for my clients. I set myself very high standards and aim to exceed clients’ expectations.

Since moving to Australia in 2010 my focus has been on governance based roles culminating in a career choice as a Company Secretary. With a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and having managed the largest provider of outsourced company secretaries in Australia, I am an expert in my field.

By establishing my own company I have removed myself from the distractions inherent in larger professional services firms and given myself the best platform from which I can use my expertise to provide quality service and create meaningful partnerships.
